Established in 1991 to Foster and Promote Italian Cuisine and Italian Products among Professionals who work in Restaurants Abroad. Since its foundation, ICIF has organized Master Courses (Two-Months of Theoretical and Practical Training at the school, plus a Four-Months Internship Period at Selected Restaurants) and Short Courses (General and Themed) for groups of Young Italian and Foreign Professionals (Chefs, Sommeliers, Restaurateurs), who want to specialize in Italian Oenology and Cuisine.

ICIF offers Courses and Training Programs for both Professionals and Amateurs.
