The IICCI's Project Minerva - The Italian Education Hub in collaboration with ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine is organizing a"VIRTUAL ROADSHOW Discover history through the taste: History of the Typical Italian Gastronomy" dedicated to ALMA's Italian Culinary Programs and Academic Offers from Italy for Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts.
About ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine :
ALMA is conveniently located in the heart of the Food Valley, in the beautiful Ducal Palace of Colorno, a few kilometres from Parma, proclaimed by UNESCO as the “Creative City of Gastronomy in 2015” in recognition of its heritage of PDO and PGI delicacies and culinary specialities, as well as Capital of Culture 2020 & 2021. Parma is also the seat of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
