This webinar be dedicated to ITALIAN CHEESE and COLD-CUTS: needing no introduction, cheese and cold cuts feature prominently in  many aspects of Italian Cuisine. After the opening remarks by Alessandro De Masi, Head of Economic and Commercial Affairs at the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi, India and Francesca Datola, First Secretary, Economic & Innovation Department, Claudio Maffioletti, CEO of the IICCI, will introduce the True Italian Taste proect, whilst Andrea Sinigaglia, General Manager of ALMA will present the school. Following, Carlo Maria Ricci, ALMA Chef Ambassador and Binita Debnath, ALMA Graduate Ambassador will take participants through the wonders of Italian cheese and cold-cuts.

The  webinar is aimed not only at professionals and students in the  hospitality and catering industry, but also to all those foodies who are  passionate about Italian cuisine and culture.
