Seminar on "How to become The Next Generation Chef" by ALMA The International School of Italian Cuisine

IICCI's Project Minerva in collaboration with ALMA organized a seminar at Vivitalia premises in Lower Parel, Mumbai on 3rd Feb.

Chef Ambassador Carlo Maria Ricci, from ALMA - International School of Italian Cuisine conducted a Seminar on "How to Educate Next-Generation Chef" along with Assistant Chefs Divya & Alka (present student & alumni of ALMA respectively).

The Seminar was graced by the presence of Ms. Stefania Costanza, Consul General of Italy in Mumbai, who appraised the participants about the popularity and uniqueness of Italian Cuisine.
